AUSTIN WONG HARPER

Austin Wong Harper (he/him) is a proud mixed Asian performer based in New York City. He is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre and Dance from the University of California, San Diego. Austin is a proud member of Actors Equity and is signed with Bloc Agency in NYC.

Austin discovered his love for performing at the age of six when he was enrolled in ice skating classes and began living his Michelle Kwan fantasy. His involvement in the marching band, orchestra, and color guard in school led him to compete, tour, and perform with the World Champion Blue Devils Drum & Bugle Corps. Throughout his career, Austin has performed in world-renowned theatres, stages, and stadiums across the country.

In addition to performing, some of Austin's other interests include fashion, interior design, watching Survivor, fueling his iced coffee addiction, streaming Beyoncé's discography on repeat (duh), and playing with his mini Aussiedoodle, Stanley (pictures available upon request).

Austin is currently touring the country with the first national tour of Life of Pi as Richard Parker/Puppeteer.
